Too often we have seen patients, friends, and family struggle to find a workout routine that allows them to consistently work towards everyone's ultimate goal; to live a better life doing the things we love. Some fitness routines are not catered towards the most important aspect of fitness, function. This was something that we felt could help improve the lives of so many in Greenville, so we began developing the best routine possible, which we are calling Active Performance. Like many of the professional athletes we have treated, their workouts are catered to the demand for the sport. Our workouts will utilize the same philosophy to cater to life.
